- arrive on time.
- have developed a draft study plan and/or prepared material relevant to your appointment
- honour all scheduled appointments, with the exception of a genuine emergency.
Students who do not arrive within 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a ‘no show’.

Students with two ‘no-shows’ and/or late cancellations (within one hour of the appointment time) over the course of a semester may be restricted from booking further one-on-one appointment with Student Services.
