ANU is transitioning to Canvas, a new Learning Management System (LMS) that will replace Wattle (Moodle). In Semester 2, 2025, a small number of courses will be delivered in Canvas as part of a pilot program. All courses are expected to move to Canvas in 2026.
At the College of Systems and Society, we’re introducing Canvas by discipline, as some courses need specific functionality that is still being set up. This means that in Winter and Semester 2, 2025, the platform you use will depend on your course.
