No show and cancellation policy

When booking a one-on-one consultation with a CSS Student Employability team member, students are expected to:

  • arrive on time
  • have prepared material relevant to your appointment
  • honour all scheduled appointments, with the exception of a genuine emergency.

Students who do not arrive within 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered a ‘no show’.

Students who are unable to attend an appointment are expected to cancel at least 1 hour prior to the start of their scheduled time. This can be done via the Career Central booking page.

Students with two ‘no-shows’ and/or late cancellations (within one hour of the appointment time) over the course of a semester may be restricted from booking further one-on-one appointment with Student Employability.
