The College’s Academic Services team is primarily a staff-facing team who provides our academic colleagues with expert guidance and support in the administration of CSS coursework programs and courses.
As a current student, you are unlikely to need to contact the Academic Services team directly, as your enquiries are best directed to Student Services in the first instance; however, you may receive direct correspondence from the Academic Services team, if you:
- Have been approved from a deferred or special examination;
- Have formally appealed a course result (i.e. a Stage 2 Grade Appeal to the Associate Dean - Education);
- Are a CSS Scholarship recipient and you have a question or concern about your award;
- Have been invited to attend an academic integrity meeting or discipline enquiry with the CSS Associate Dean - Academic Integrity or CSS Associate Dean - Education.
The team also works with academic colleagues regarding;
- program and course governance/curriculum management
- student misconduct/and appeals
- admissions
- College scholarships
- course scheduling and timetabling
- examinations and course result processing.
You can contact the team via email: education.css@anu.edu.au
